I hate that I masochistically read comments. Sigh.

Ah,yes. The latest way for smokers to BS themselves into thinking they've "quit". All they've done is change their delivery device. They're still addicted to the nicotine...and unless they stop using it, they'll eventually go back to smoking.

Heard it 30 times a day when I worked the Colorado Quitline. Those of us who quit cold turkey years ago and are still quit are patiently waiting for the rest of you to figure it out...
Obviously working a helpline is not their thing; the lack of empathy and support is astounding.

At least it wasn't bad like the news story we had on Long Island...

I just read that entire thread.
My advise?
Go after and expose the people funding these kinds of legislation against ecigs.
Roaches hate the light.
And if you tack on the wording like, "They want us to keep using tobacco products to fund their campaigns," others will take notice.

On the plus side, though...
Their drawing attention to ecigs will get more people interested in them, and our number will grow to a level that they CANNOT ignore.

Do the Denver vapers ever get together? I'm not normally a GT type person, but I would love to see other styles of PV IRL and ... well... just not be so alone in my new-found passion.
I'm fairly anti-social in real life, but I might be up to meeting some of you.

I'm not really anti-social, I just don't get out much and fear I'm extremely boring. Especially since I don't drink. Who wants to talk to a sober software engineer?

They're really going to be mad when they find out that these can be built in a garage.
8-o

Still havnt worked it out though, Or have we?
I've been searching for homemade vaporizers with not much luck,
I know myself and several others are playing with Glo-Plugs and several other options but nothing as good as an atomizer has surfaced yet.

A really drunk chick?lol
:p
I think people who fear they are boring cant be boring because they care that they might be. Truly boring people don't know they are boring.

Fibre Channel SAN switch firmware, primarily. Company is expanding into many different areas, so I'm getting into IP switching and HBA/CNA's.

I'm not just a computer geek, tho. I'm also a certified gun nut, part time conspiracy theorist, an ordained minister and a practicing Druid.
