Re: A billion lives.

Believable. I know in Canada alone there are 100 deaths per day attributed to smoking.
From our Health Canada website > "Each day, 100 Canadians die of a smoking-related illness."

We'll have to wait awhile to see the long term affects of vaping, but in my own (and many of my peers) experiences it is measurably safer than smoking carcinogen laced burnt tobacco leaves !!

Most statistics are based on if you ever smoked or were ever around smokers(second hand), Smoking cause or contributed to the death. It strengthens their social/political position - :sneaky:

I have been helping spread the word about this for a while now. The movie is finished and the most important thing anyone can do right now is to let the theatres and film festivals in your area know about it, with a link to the A Billion Lives website and contact details for Aaron, the director.

The only way this movie can make a difference to the vaping community is if smokers and non-vapers get to see it and understand what is happening behind closed doors.

It is well worth signing up to the email newsletter on the website - they don't fill your inbox with spam but they DO pass on important updates that the community can get involved with.
