Ok, thank you again for all your replies. I'm overwhelmed with all the nice people giving such great advice.

I think I finally have figured out what I'm going to get. I'm looking at the Joye Ego, but should I get the Super Ego? I think I'll be fine with the regular Ego, but if the Super Ego is that much better, I'm willing to pay $10 extra.

I plan on buying it from here, is this a good vendor? Like I said earlier, I'd like to get a kit that includes a carrying case. That was a major problem for me with my first e-cig.

I think that is an excellent choice, and should do well for you, did you look at them at Liberty Flights? they are less expensive by $15 for the same kit, and even less with the 20% discount..., then use an old (or new) eyeglass case as a case. The pouch included in that kit is pretty flimsy. An eyeglass case will be much more protective.

Just my opinion, but Liberty-Flights has a Riva kit (basically the same as the eGo) and a zippered carrying case for $44.97 including $2.99 for shipping. That's a hard deal to pass up!

I think most of your questions have been answered, but I thought I'd throw my :2c: out there.

My hubby is still in the "transition" phase from cigs to vaping. The only things I've found so far that really satisfy him were Alcazar from Want2Vape and Boba's Bounty from Alien Visions E-Juice.

He says they both taste like a good cigar.

I load both of these juices into a low res atty (which gives a great throat hit), but that's something you can think about later.

I mention this because he had the same complaints about flavors as you.

Personally, when I really need a good strong flavor (after dinner, etc.) I vape Fireball from freedomsmokeusa.com. But that's just me. :)

Hope this helps!

Good Luck! :vapor:

So I'm getting the Riva 901 Lite Bundle. I'm also getting two extra DSE 901 atomizers, two different 30 mL PG tobacco flavored juice (18 mg), two different 30 mL VG tobacco flavored juice (18 mg), and six 5 mL juices with different flavors and alternating between VG and PG.

I was really sold on the ego, but WomanOfHeart seemed so persistent with telling me how good the Riva was, so I'm going to have faith in her.

Thanks again, all of you, for your help. Any other tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update for you all, I absolutely love the Riva. It's 1000x better than my previous two e-cigs. I only bought a small amount of the juice, but it seems that it will last forever.

Quick question though, how do I know when a cartridge is spent? I keep dripping into them, and I just occasionally switch them because I assume you have to.
