I had heard from a number of people that 'Noah' was anything but Scriptural, and ya know, they were correct. I couldn't get over how blatantly wrong it was. There were these creatures that looked like rock people with red eyes who had been angels, but they were now 'watchers.' The animals were called 'the innocents,' not the family of Noah. There was one guy that was a stow-away that wasn't in Noah's family, and the bad faux paux was that Noah and family closed the door of the ark.
Genesis 7:1King James Version (KJV)
7 And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
God invited Noah and his family into the ark. Why did He 'invite them' into the ark? He was there! He was letting Noah know that they were under His protection. And who sealed the ark's door? God did! Scripture doesn't say He unlocked the door.
This is one movie I wouldn't recommend as it's a false story of what really did happen. So, thumbs down on this one.
