Hey guys, now you guys don't know me to lie, but I have a made an error that you all should know about.

The Chameleon: The order was placed a week ago and i Assumed that they would of left by now, but the truth be told. The manufacture can't quite keep up with the demand of these little guys. I was just informed on Friday, that they didn't ship out yet. Because from Germany all the way to Usa Chameleon has spiked an all high demand. They're working as hard as they can to get production out, but when pleasing the world it can take some time. I'm thrilled that Chameleon has generated so much popularity but saddened by this delay. When we received them they all went out the very next day to their future homes. When it was time re-order, they just weren't ready yet. Our manufacture dies like to rush things, because with rushing, it creates accidents and since Chameleon's are being made to the exact millimeter of perfection, it can get very overwhelming for everyone.

We're hoping tomorrow we'll get word that our order has been completed but truthfully from this standpoint it may take a few days. Sometime this week we should hear word if they're going to ship out.

I hope nobody takes out their frustration on us because it is clearly out of our hands. I'm very sorry for this news guys.

Isaac, I do not think you should worry much. As an existing customer I can say to anyone who is waiting, wanting, and watching Isaac/IKENVAPE provides nothing short of top notch service and support!!! This thread is evidence of your dedication to your customers, you are willing to step up and publicly let people know that your initial timelines are off. Other Vendors on this site have a hard time responding to direct requests for updates and information!!
BTW I JUST noticed that you are in PA, where about? My wife lived in Pitt (S Liberty while doing a stint with Americorps and have another great friend in Philly).

Isaac, I don't know how anyone could be upset with you...you've been upfront and honest right from the start. What's happening with your manufacturer is pretty much out of your control, and I think anyone who knows you knows that you will inform us all the minute you get notice that they are shipped. Your blatant honesty is so very refreshing! Hey, the Chameleon is a product worth waiting for, and we all know that 'good things come to he who waits'! Thanks for the update!!

Some of the others out there can take weeks and months to get. Even waiting a few more days isn't a big deal for the Chameleon and I like that you only sell what you have on hand so we know when we order it will be on it's way.
It's a fantastic little thing and well worth waiting for(and imho it has one of the shortest wait times)
And it gives time for me to get another paycheck in for more goodies that you have coming in!! lmao (usb PT, sleeve, batts, carto's ..oh my) haha

It's well worth the wait and certainly not out of the norm for almost all mods. Don't worry about it, just keep everyone informed about when they'll be in! Til then, everyone can just keep spreading the WORD!

To me a lie is something you intentionally tell to deceive another. When you made your statement you believed it to be true so you did not lie. Lies are malicious and you do not have a malicious bone in your body! Please don't be so hard on yourself. Or as I like to say, don't sweat the petty stuff and don't pet the sweaty stuff (I skipped posting the Serenity Prayer here). As for making an error, WE ALL DO IT. If someone can't understand the situation, then they don't deserve to own a Chameleon in the first place.

So if anybody gives you a hard time, let me know and I'll take care of them

You can't help that you sell a damn good ecig and its being sold out all over the world. But I will say the chameleon is worth waiting for. And I bet the manufactures will get it to you as soon as they can... you are a good man for letting everyone know.
