I'm back again. About 5 days "analog" free. First question, how do I get one of those nifty counters that tell everyone how much I've saved, etc? Second question, what is the huge difference between authentic and clone? I run a Nemesis clone with a tobh Atty, or a Kanger Aero v2. (If I'm driving at work, the tobh is just too much work n risk) I love both setups for what they are.

No help with the wuftefarkel forum doolollies, I'm new on this one.

Clones are copies of the original item, usually mass produced out of China. The fit and finish can vary, some comparing quite closely to the original, some being truley shoddy examples. Generally though the materials used will be of somewhat inferior quality, and there will be limited support after the purchase.

The counters can be had by clicking on it in a fellow member's post and it will let you edit it with your info. I know that there are places to get them but I do not know how. Hope someone comes by and gives you that info.

My understanding of the difference between authentic and clone is that the authentic is put out by the inventor and is usually of high quality. Clones are copies. Some are very good to better than the original but you must do your research and reading. There are some that are bad copies with poor machining and poor quality materials and you will not get the performance you would get by paying the money for the authentic item. I think this matters more for the attys than the mech mods, but that is just what I have read. Research all ecig purchases. This industry changes very fast.

And welcome to ECF!
