A creme brulee snob

I have always loved a crème brulee. Back when I was trying to woo my husband (20+ years ago), this was the first dessert I ever made him to try to win his heart over.

It worked

When I saw the Crème Brulee on Nicoticket's site, my heart started thumping... my palms were sweaty... I couldn't "add to cart" fast enough.

And my beloved crème brulee in a Nicoticket bottle and the beautiful purple mailer arrived yesterday.

I looked at the bottle. I took the cap off, squeezed it to get the aroma, shook it and told myself... I shall not touch for 7-10 days in the least. I was really aiming for 45 days. I put it in the depths of my darkest, coolest closet to steep. Steep, baby, steep.

And then 24 hours passed, then 36 hours. I could wait no longer. The crème brulee was calling my name.

And... I am impressed.

It's not steeped and it's unbelievable. It really has robust, rotating flavors. The creamy custard. The vanilla bean. The flamed caramel. I'm so glad I dipped into this sweet treat right before I go to bed. Total, 100% comfort in a vape.

But, I'm going to be a good momma now and allow this one to rest. As long as I can. I'm not promising anything though.

I have figured out that I have weird tastebuds! Nothing, except for the Virus and GCD has hit for me straight out of the bottle. I've had my CB for a few weeks now and to me it tastes just like CLS and/or Frenilla.

I chewed on fresh ginger a few hours ago, drank water, and put a brand new "coil head" or what ever it's called into my device. I think that's why all the flavors popped for me. I need to sit on it for another month to get the full benefit.

I really, really wanted this to work for me, so I put a lot of effort into it.

I've been mixing my 4ml's CB with about 2 ml's of VG in my Reo and it's still just as good as full strength. The sweetness of the VG doesn't take anything away from the CB, it actually doesn't seem to change the flavor at all. My one bottle of CB is going to last me much longer this way. I just love this stuff!

Lynn the only juice for Me right out of the box is doodle and home slice (everyone's different) My Friend and neighbor is a big custard lover so I have tried many custards from many vendors some good some not so good. I like CB and have tried many but if you let Kent's steep long enough you will be able to get the undertones of burnt flamed caramel, honestly the Best I've ever tried like I said everyone is different so this is my humble opnion

Bill, I just put it away for a while! Just like I did with The Doodle, SPC, PBC. None of those 3 had much flavor in the beginning. I'm letting the SPC sit until Thanksgiving before I bring it back out.

had to start doing the same when I got my Reos.. down to 15-20 drops NT and the rest nic'd unflavored in a 3ml.

I'm a flavor chaser.. and I applaud anyone and everyone who can vape NT straight!

I'm revisiting the Creme brulee and the flavor is coming along nicely!! Not getting much of the "brulee" yet but the flavor is there more than the first time I tried it! Back in the box it goes for another week or so. It should be just right then!
