So I was having issues with our cable and internet and called the provider last week.
The rep from the support department was so kind, courteous, respectful, patient, professional, and willing to help. I was just blown away and felt such a satisfaction beyond all reason. It was such a sense of overwhelm, i wanted nothing more than to pay it back.
When he asked near the end of the phone call "If there is anything he can do for you?"
I said "no, not at all, but what can I do for you? It may sound silly but I have such a strong urge to pay back what you gave me. So, what can i do for you to help you?"
His reply "Thank you so much! I can patch you through to my supervisor if you would like to speak for her?"
"Sure thing!"
She came on and i just started sputtering great things about the rep and she just took it all in. That doesn't sound quite right
Near the end of my rave. i said the exact words that are said to me on a daily basis. "You have a customer for Life"
She giggled and did not know how to respond. Then it hit me, that's how all of our friends and customers feel to us!
I was just astonished at such a great once in a lifetime feeling towards a person/company that I wanted to tell you guys and gals that I finally get it and understand how you feel. Our ride together has been nothing but extrodianry and it has been a pleasure on this side as yours.
