A few Ejuice questions

Hi! I'm very new when it comes to vaping, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the in's and outs of Ejuices. (Or point me in the right direction )
How are Ejuices actually made and put into carts to be vaporized? What's the difference between PG and VG juices? (To be honest I don't even know what PG and VG mean )
