All flavors tested in a new KR808 cartomizer with a fresh KR808-D1 battery. I'll use a 1-10 rating scale with 1 = horrible 5 = nothing spectacular but you can live with it (think of it as those juices you keep around just in case you have a juice emergency) 10 = Just buy it, don't ask, just go order it because you'll come kiss me on the lips for telling you about it.
Banana Foster:
This is the first Banana Foster I have tried where the banana flavor comes through really strong. Usually you're overwhelmed by the caramel and get just a slight hint of banana aftertaste on the exhale. This one is almost the exact opposite. You get a full banana flavor coming through with a smooth caramel and nutty aftertaste. It's really good. This one is spot on for flavor.
The vapor is pretty typical. You're not going to hotbox a car with it but it is plenty of vapor to satisfy.
The throat hit is pretty hard actually. You might want to start with a shorter hit than usual.
Flavor: 9
Vapor Production: 7
Throat Hit: 9
Caramel Nut Cheesecake:
Again this is one of those flavors that I have found gets overpowered by the caramel and can become very muted. Once again Dawn proves me wrong with another fabulous caramel offering. She is VERY adept at adding caramel that won't overpower the overall flavor. You get just enough to compliment that sweet cheesecake flavor although it could be a bit more..........cheesecakey?
Again the vapor isn't going to force you to turn on the foglamps but it is more than adequate.
The throat hit on this one is very smooth. It's one of those vapes that I can hit anytime and all the time without coughing and sputtering if I take a big one.
Flavor: 8
Vapor Production: 7
Throat Hit: 6
Hazlenut Coffee:
I was really looking forward to this one. The flavor is VERY strong in the hazlenut department. It is so strong that it kind of overpowers everything else. It also has a very bitter taste to it as akin to just a straight cup of black coffee. This is great for those that like their coffee black but not so much for those that don't. I think adding a little sweetener to this one or a cream flavor option would shoot this one up to one of my fav all day vapes.
The vapor production again is very adequate but you won't be using a GPS unit just to find your way around your room.
The throat hit is right up there to just about perfect. You get a nice little "catch" in your throat and then get a nice exhale.
Flavor: 7 (Would be higher if I preferred a stouter less sweet flavor)
Vapor Production: 7
Throat Hit: 8
I had ordered a donut hole flavor as well but I think the flavor got mixed up somehow. It's almost like a lemonade flavor and actually clear. Not my cup of tea at all but not bad. Termendous throat hit on that one though.
