I once tried a pre-made liquid called "congress" that I loved. It's made by V2Cigs, and it has a hint of Anise/Fennel flavor. Does anyone know what type of flavoring goes into that juice? V2 sometimes is using Hangsen's concentrates in some of their juices, but I haven't yet found a "Congress" flavor from Hagnsen. Anyone know where I could order such a concentrate? It does not have to be Hangsen.

Dekang sells it--different mls, different mgs--decent price. Lots of dealers carry dekang juices. Lots of links for dekang products

Someplace on here is a link to all the Hangsen tobacco flavors, or look at their site. There are all the 'major' cig flavors from the old days I guess you might say; Camel, Marlbro, Parliment, etc. Due to trademarks they change the name to something similar like congress, or some desert name instead of camel, or hotel for hilton, or 555 for highway. Some are tobaccos/cigs I don't know about but were popular in other countries. Liqua also has those flavors they seem more mellow than Hangsen and I've not tried many Dekang yet. Chinese but they been doing it for a long time and some cheap flavors here are just imported from them. If you want to wait for fasttech they are pretty cheap so you can try them without spending a lot. Hangsen has some very good tobacco flavors, some can even irritate me a little if I use for days, but are also high in PG. I plan to diy them with vg at some point. Google Hangsen eliquid flavours it is posted on FT forum. Of course, you can order a flavor like 555 from various companies and get all different flavors but often similar.

I could add plenty of negative comments about the US congress but I'll try to keep on track here.

I think I found what I was looking for. This site seems to be selling Hangsen flavors although they do not specifically say so:

e-liquid|e-liquid nicotine|e-cigarette liquid series

The name of the flavors they sell is almost identical to Hangsen's. Prices are great as well. Thank you the member who PM'ed me with the info.
