A friend of the Marlboro man, no more!

Obviously, I've decided to give up the smelly sticks. My boyfriend and I have been tossing the idea around for a few months and it took some arm twisting for me to actually commit. Now, I love it and we're only on day 4.

Initially we didn't know where to purchase or what to purchase. Walked in to some seedy head shop that had a small display case and saw a starter kit for 2 (ego-c upgrade). We got that, plus 2 clearomizers and some juice. We chose the clearomizers cause I liked the color and the fact that you could see how much liquid you have.

The very next day, after some really positive feedback and recommendations on my Facebook profile - we now have too many different flavors (8) that I want to try all at once. Haha.

We went out last night to our favorite bar (that you can still smoke in), with an emergency pack in tow, and only smoked 3 analog. I think that's pretty good for someone that's been smoking for 23 years. I don't think it will be that hard in the future to not even have an emergency pack while drinking.

Question: are all clearomizers plastic? The 2nd place we went to get juice (Vixen Vapors) wouldn't give me a lot of the flavors that I wanted because they said it would weaken the plastic. I don't care for the tanks, but I may have to try if I want that damn banana. Haha

yes they are - but to use very strong flavours like cinnamon you may need tank walls made of polypropylene. By the way - this is not an instant thing - it will ruin 'normal' plastic over a period of time - not in 4 days!

Most tank sides are plastic of some sort but you can buy metal ones too - something i did not because i was worried about the juice cracking it but because i am clumsy and dropped it rather a lot!

Congrats & Welcome! Yep! Most of the clearos are plastic. You might wanna try something like a nova. They worked well with my cinnamon flavors but I just ordered a couple carto tanks from valley vapes based on the great reviews I've seen on here! And they have good prices!

And quit at your own pace! I smoked to the first 5 days after I got my starter kit. I think I worked my way down to like 2 a day and after I ran out I just didn't buy another pack. Word of caution though...you might want to buy a small bottle of higher nic juice. I use 18 but purchased a small bottle of 24 for the really bad cravings. They didn't last long though but it definitely helped me on the few days I wanted a cig really bad!

The Viva Nova tanks come in metal- cool colors with a little window to see how much juice is left.
They also make tanks in quartz glass...beautiful and cost $$$.
