I and my ex brother in law both had ordered some things from FSUSA over a week ago. Well mine got to me but his never arrived. I got to looking at the tracking number, and here is a first, we both had the same tracking numbers I will hold myself a little accountable as seeing I should have caught this sooner. Well I e-mailed FSUSA and they got right on it found the error and got the order shipped out ASAP. Plus sent some extra e-juices for the order being held up. Not only did they admit to the error but fixed it immediately. Now that is what I call top notch customer service. Thanks
