A good mint grape hookah-like flavor?

Looking for a grape with mint recipe that mimics a hookah combination. Wondering if I need to add a tobacco flavor as well to give it a shisha effect.
I have Cap grape which I find tastes better than the TFA grape candy but confused how to go after the mint. Menthol, mint, koolada?
