I was getting ready to place my first order at Tasty Vapor, but for my husband's juice, I saw under their tobacco flavor says it's best at 24 mg and under. Though my husband is a 36 mg kinda guy...

Has anyone tried Tasty Vapor's plain tobacco flavor at 36mg, or does anyone know of a good tobacco in that strength? And I'm looking for a "plainish" tobacco kinda flavor. For example - he hates the "Cowboy" flavor (though I love it!) and he wasn't big on ry4. He doesn't like any kind of other flavors mixed in and definitely no sweet undertones. I would appreciate any suggestions- he's been having a hard time sticking with the esmokes so I'm hoping if I find his "perfect" liquid that it may help. He's tried 36mg and he says it takes the edge off better, but he hasn't liked any of the flavors I've gotten him yet. He also occasionally likes a slight menthol- but it has to be VERY realistic. Most of the menthols he's tried so far he has to mix in with a "tobacco" base for him to be able to vape. Thanks is advance guys! :)

Sounds like he's a good candidate for DIY juice flavoring. I'd get some of that 24 mg liquid and add enough 100mg liquid (indyvaporstore.com) to raise it to the right strength for him. If the tobacco flavor isn't strong enough, add some concentrated premix of tobacco absolut you can find at onestopdiyshop.com - you can make the tobacco flavor stronger than any cigarette, pipe or cigar if you so like. Menthol is easy, add a few drops of peppermint Lorann candy oil or even blue peppermint scope (works great, don't knock it) to give it that "camel crush" type menthol flavor. Or you can even buy menthol crystals and prepare your own from scratch with everclear or vodka.

This is what I do because I can't find anything that I like, that's got a good strong tobacco flavor. When you stop using cigarettes, you're not getting not just nicotine, but quite a few other alkyloids from the tobacco leaf. The absolut can help that. Gives me a great lung and body hit.

If you can bake a cake, you can mix your own juice, it's not rocket science, lol. Be his hero by whipping up a batch of dream juice!

Read up in the DIY forum and use a handy mix calculator to help you:

I hate ry4 too! I have no idea what the fuss is about.

I was never in to the sweet flavors either. I was a Lucky Strike smoker for years, and I don't wanna "smoke" anything that tastes like candy. 555/State Express has been my go-to juice. I know that everyone is different, but for me, it does the trick. I have tried a good majority of the tobacco flavors (including RY4, Virginia, Kent/Kant, Camel, Marlboro/Cowboy/USA Mix, French-Pipe, Flu-Cured, Mild 7, and Original tobacco/TN Cured from Johnson Creek), and can't stand most of them. I'm just glad i found 555!

I wish I had another recommendation for you... I hear the new Parliament from V4L is good. I tried a 5ml bottle (not sure which recipe that is), and it left something to be desired. But it's definitely worth a try!

drklashes i had the same question about tasty vapors tobacco and tobacco menthol i wrote them but couldn't get an answer back i'm totally new to this and was going to get a 4oz doubler of each product at 70 pg and 30 vg - then i was going to buy a 1oz bottle of each in 36mg same pg/vg and just do a 50/50 mixture which would come out to 18mg? i don't have time to get real heavy into diy but thought this would be an easy way to start am i way off base with this?

v4l dunhall 36mg..... 30ml bottle,

i am vaping this right now, and there is NO sweetness to this one! Its just a dry "steeped" tobacco flavor. Almost reminds me of a Gauloises french cigarette.

Definetely not for the "ecig" tobacco lover,
but more for the "real cig" tobacco lover.
Vapor4Life- Electronic Cigarette: Nobacco 555 e-Liquid

**edit**
the link says "555" for some reason, but it will still lead you to the "dunhall" flavor..... dont quite know why the link is names that way, but you'll see upon clicking it.
