So I tried ACB by Nicoticket and loved it and people told me its like an RY4, so I am wanting to know since I cannot purchase anymore ACB where can I purchase a flavor similar to that?

Personally, I don't think and RY4 is going to do it for you after tasting ACB. Most are very muted caramel. Perhaps a caramel vape? The only one that comes to mind is Ahlusion's Carmel Mambo which I have not tried. Honestly, I'd say The Virus, but I seem to remember you saying you tried it and didn't like it, so I'm sort of at a loss.

Neckbeard's Nectar is my ADV at the moment. Mystik RY4 by CCV is also a very nice RY4. The emphasis is mainly on the salt caramel with tobacco undertones whilst Neckbeard's has its toasted tobacco come through on a stronger note.
I'd also suggest Godfather by Faded Vapes, although I'm not sure if they're still operating, as an RY4 which places itself firmly in the dessert category.

Aside from unflavored 80% of the time or more, RY-4 is the only thing I vape. I can't comment on how it compares to other flavors as I DIY it. That said, I get FA-RY4 flavor only from myfreedomsmokes and know the have two RY4 liquids and two RY3's premixed. My suggestion if you want to try them, get the RY3 of your choice, and toss in a sample of the RY4 
I've tried probably 20 or so ry4's, including neckwear d's nectar, Mr. E's ry4, and Tribecca. By far my favorite is Indigo ry4 by indigo vapor. In fact it's my favorite eliquid period. I have many I really like other than ry4's, but I love indigo. Ymmv
I think my favorite RY4 is Vented from Alloy Blends, with Neckbeards Nectar coming in a close second. And one of my long time favorites, the first ever Ry4 I liked, is the RY4 from Midas. Like many Midas flavors, there is nothing extra or whatnot.. their flavors taste exactly how they are named, for better or worse. You're not going to buy their vanilla cupcake, and find surprise notes of nutmeg and egg cream.. you bought vanilla cupcake, it tastes like exactly that. Same with the RY4.. My opinion is the closest thing you will find to "Caramel, Vanilla and a hint of Tobacco". Its not the best RY4, but its a great bottle to have in your possesion.
However, the above two included.. I wouldnt call most of these RY4 blends actual tobacco blends.. they're most like dessert vapes with a robust note to keep things from being cloyingly sweet.
One of the only real tobacco vapes I found I liked, is from "The Cellar", and the one i like i called Reserve. There is also Chivalry and Minotaur.. each one is a tobacco blend aged in a type of oak barrel.. Whiskey, Brandy etc etc. There is NOTHING AT ALL dessert-y about these liquids. These are like $20 and up Cigars.
There is nothing wrong with either type.. I LOVE these dessert-orientated RY4s, I have a whole slew of them. But just be aware, aside from a few exceptions, when a liquid is called an RY4 today, its going be more dessert/rich than tobacco. Some said salted caramel.. thats a great flavor note to pick out. If its a true pipe or cigar tobacco you're after(and having it taste like those things smell.. because honestly I believe no vape liquid will ever taste like burning tobacco, ever), you gotta look elsewhere. The liquids from The Cellar are great, and also the couple I tried from VapingWatch, the RiverBottomFogSauce lline, are also very good in that regard.

+1 for Neckbeards Nectar - it is fantastic. I do worry that it will get too popular so I keep some stashed just in case. I recently ordered Derp Sauce RYno4 and it's pretty good - more of a butterscotch falvor than caramel.
try Crystal Canyon (ccvapes.com) mystik as an ry4, or their empire if you like turkish. need something harder-hitting? their lineup has tombstone or ironwood, which aren't too bad either.
I'm vaping some NLV4ya from Nite Lite Vapor at the moment. 65pg/35vg (it's their default ratio). And at 24mg nic. Pretty tasty juice, as are all the flavors I've tried from them. They (P V Liquids) recently had a 40% off sale.
I saw Halo's Tribecca mentioned in this thread. Definitely one of my favorite juices, but I never thought of it as an ry4, perhaps it is and I just didn't know it. lol. To me, it's very delicious, but much stronger than any ry4 I've ever tried.

Derp Sauce is one of my favorite's. I've been vaping it for almost a year and I've never tasted the butterscotch. But it is a mighty fine liquid!
