Just wanted to let everyone know (as if you already didn't) what a great person Steve is. Through no fault of his own, I've had some issues with my last order. Steve has, in his usual way, gone way above and beyond to help resolve the problems. This is one great guy, people. Those of us who have been around here for awhile already know this but for the newbies ... rest assured you are in great hands. This is a man who truly cares about his customers.
And kudos to you, too, Mark as you were also involved in helping sort this out.
