A heavy smoker

Hello my name is Jim,
I was a two pack a day smoker with early signs of emphazima.
I tried to quit several times with the patch and Nicerette gum. I was able to cut down to a pack and 20 pieces of gum a day.
I tried a couple crappy e-cigerettes that didnt work, but with the help of my son I graduated to mods.
Now I am a proud owner of the GG and have sucessfully become a non smoker.
I LOVE vaping!!!

Congrats! I smoked 2 pad of Marlboro reds for almost 40 years. I tried everything for the past 20 years to quit. Thanks to vaping, I'll hit 6 months next week. My Dr could not believe I quit. My breath is back, I no longer cough and I can walk forever now. Oh yes, I am addicted to buying GG's now. Bought and sold over 20 mods till I finally found them. Bulletproof works of art

Welcome JJ and congrats! I was a 1-2ppd smoker for 27 years with a host of pulmonary problems. It's amazying how quickly my breathing improved when I quit. I hope your already feeling the good effects of your quit. Your doing great!

My new GG is my new hobby.
I really LOVE the GG and now im looking for a tank for it.Thats my next goal.
Im getting ready to fly from Chicago to Denver on american airlines. Does anybody know if im going to have problems getting my GG on the plane? I DONT WANT THEM TAKING IT FROM ME?

I too used to be a heavy smoker: up to 4 packs a day of unfiltered cigs. I switched to Snus a few years ago, but had to quit using them. I've been vaping for a couple of weeks now, and not having any trouble staying away from the cigs OR the snus.

WTG Jim, I was a two pack a day camel filter smoker, still working on quitting. I am down to a pack and a half a week. I am also looking for a good tank . Keep up the good work.

On day 5 and well on my way to completely quiting. Have smoked less than a pack since sat and normally smoked a pack and a half for 28 years...jeezzz..gross just saying that..lol All this with a cheap gas station ecig...but after finding this forum, it looks like I've found a hobby, too!
