Hmm, that is a bit odd actually... Should really be a pure White colour if you ordered blanks. Where they individually sealed up? With little silicone plugs over one end? They should have been, my carts always came like that when I ordered any, true for pre filled or blanks. Double check you ordered blanks, if not you might have pre filled there, possibly with tobacco or menthol juice. Give them a sniff, any odour to them? Blanks should obviously not smell at all.

Carts (or cartos) come in different colors, usually black or white. It sounds like you got pre-filled carts with high tobacco flavors. To remove that flavor, just take out the white filling and wash thoroughly in hot water, wash cart too. Dry them, put filler back into cart and drip about 10 drops of your mango juice in. You may need to use a bent paperclip to help the juice settle in. The filled cart should look slushy, but not like a lake.

Tsuki- I did not order a drip tip and my LR atomizers don't come in till tomorrow. The shipping wasn't routed correctly or something. According to the tracking number at least...

Justaguy- In order to do this i need to take off all of the tin foil-ish cap on the end of the cart, correct? But if i do that, will it create a good enough seal? Or will i have leakage?

I'm assuming the tinfoil-ish cap is in place to keep the e-liquid from drying out. You'll need to take that off entirely. You should be left with a plastic mouthpiece containing filler material. Remove that filler, wash, and dry it (hopefully getting out all the flavor of the juice that is currently saturating it).

I haven't personally been all that successful at cleaning used filler, so I just replace it entirely. If you live near a Wal-mart (or any store with pet supplies), purchase a small box of Fluval (located in the Aquarium section). Strip everything out of your cartridges; wash in soapy water, and dry; then replace the original filler with the clean, new filler. If needed, you can find videos on Youtube that will show you exactly how to do this. In any case, your cartridges will still work (whether you choose to clean the original filler or to replace it entirely).

If anything I'm saying is incorrect, hopefully someone will come along soon to point it out and further clear things up for you. :)

I Hope your LR attys come in soon Travis, until then you could either take one of the above suggestions and clean out the carto's you have now, just burn one off by vaping it and then refill with your mango juice however if you do it that way you'll still get some of the original flavor that was in them for a while. Its really unfortunate they didn't send you any blanks :(.

I have seen carts come in sealed plastic, but not tin-foil. Are you sure these are cartridges, not cartomizers? You got an eGo, not eGo-T right? eGo T comes with a small tank. A picture or link to the exact package you got would help us make sure.

If these are cartridges like these https://www.cignot.com/Joye_510_cartridges_p/510-crt-emp.htm, you can use foam as Sophey mentioned or these (helpful picture)

But try with existing filling first, see how it works.
