I'm trying to get more info on the 34% sale and the Cyber Monday sale but since I'm a "new" member I can't post anything onor reply to the thread. Then to top it all off, When I try to order one of the starter packs, when I make the slections to customize it it selects the procucts as if I an buying them individually, not as part of the package. Then of course customer service is closed and no one has responed to the e-mail I sent in. So is it possible someone will read this and respond before today ends so I can actually be able to order something?

My mom has a kit from them and they're really nice to deal with. Maybe because of the holiday they're off for the weekend.
