Having a Smokeless Image problem :(

I've been trying to call their customer service and still haven't been able to speak to a representative, I never got an order confirmation, I never got a shipping confirmation, and my support ticket hasn't been responded to. Although my account has been charged. Also for some reason I can't even access my account that I used to buy my Volt.

I'm not sure if there's another easier way to contact them, or? :\

Relax. They have been experiencing occasional issues with their notification system. First, check your spam folders and see if it went in there, then post on the SI forum, or send a PM to Imagine. Chances are it's a glitch in notification but your order will be mailed. I've been dealing with SI for over a year and never not received an order. I had 1 equipment issue ever and it was resolved immediately.
