So I've been vaping about 3 months now, and have gone from a pack a day of analogs to 2 or 3 a shift when I'm at work. During that time I've had up to 5 days off in a row at one point where I didn't touch an analog, but as soon as I got back to work days later I would light one up at the first break.

Well finally today I went a whole shift without having an analog.. This is a big deal for me because I felt work was the only thing keeping me on the cigs. I have one more shift tomorrow before my next 2 days off, and if I can get through it, I know analogs will be outta my life for good.

I went through that for a while, and discovered that I wasn't getting as much nicotine from vaping. My juice is 24 milligrams, btw. I've been off the analogs completely for at least a month now, and went to work without my juice. I had a bottle of nicitine free juice, and it got me by until I got home. I was impressed. There's a lot to be said about the psychological aspects of vaping.
