I do that also, but my shopping cart has been saved so far. For the past few days I've been really hesitant about putting in my credit card info though until the site seems to be up and running smoothly.

I seems to be pretty stable and working well this morning though, which pleases me a LOT. Having placed a bunch of orders over the past year or so and always gotten truly outstanding service, I REALLY don't want to have to change vendors!

I just found MFS and have ordered from them once to get my first batch of DIY supplies. I really REALLY like them though, and have made them my go to supply store for all of that along with my budding DIY coils supplies and atomizers now too. My next order was going to be a fairly large one. I'm glad the site is looking more stable now :) Hopefully it will stay that way so that when my paycheck comes through mid-week, I can feel comfortable putting in my payment info.
 
jchamb2, and everyone else for that matter, if you are still having trouble accessing the site please email me at dustint@myfreedomsmokes.com

In the email please let me know exactly what problem you are having (i.e. "server error", blank page, unable to login, etc.)
Also include what type of device you are using (iphone, android phone, pc, mac, etc.)
and, what type of browser you are using (chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox, etc.)

This way I can pass the info along to our developers to help them identify what may still be causing problems. Thank you for all of your help and patience.

Now it seems to be up and running again. LOL I have to wait until it appears to be solid and stable though. Over the last several days it has worked then not worked, then worked again and over and over repeatedly. I'm praying that it stays solid, because even though I have to rebuild the cart order I had developed over once again, I will be ready to press on soon and am still a little worried about stability of the site (not the company, I think you guys are great.).

Oh, by the way, for the record>..

I've been on my laptop, using Chrome (but during the times it wasn't working have tried it on Firefox and explorer-my least favorite, too with mixed results). I have done the whole clean the cookies/history type thing with mixed results, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't, but it isn't something I want to have to keep doing in order to get a site to work. When it wouldn't work for me it was a matter of the page just not loading at all. I will email all of this to you if the site stops working again.

I won't clear my cache manually every day

just to see, my browser is set to do that...

hope (for their sake) they get it worked out soon...

as for me, I've chosen to move on (temporarily)

and I am not 'bashin' them, realize they're trying to improve and it's a big job

maybe by next months cycle of vape gear buy, they'll be solid like a rock...


MFS rocks (if you can get there) :facepalm:

Hi guys, this is TamiP from the e-cig forum. You asked for an email if there was still a problem with the site.

Last week and all weekend it was hit and miss even to get the page to load initially. I wrote on the forum that it seemed like it was finally working as the site was showing up when I went to the url. It showed up today too, BUT...

I signed in, and the page showed up. I went to my cart (still intact with my next order) then all of a sudden, it refused to go to any other pages. I wanted to look up another product.

I am on my laptop, using Chrome on the Windows 7 op system.

so trying to think back when I first could not access MFS site

Friday the 18th I think when trouble started for me (my typical order day)

now Wed 23rd and still NO MFS for me...

I have been able to get to the web site for the past few days, BUT I must delete the cookie for the site in order to get to it. A strange problem.

I don't want to delete all my cookies ever time I go there, as I normally visit a number of sites and only myfreedomsmokes.com has this problem. I'm using internet explorer, so I can just to into "tools/browsing history/settings/view files" and find the cookie for myfreedomsmokes.com and delete it, then I can get into the site.

Unfortunately it won't work the next time, as once again it leaves a cookie as soon as I visit the site. Strange problem.....

I hope they fix this. It is a serious thing. People simply aren't going to deal with that on a continuous basis. It's too much of a PIA when there are so many competitor sites out there that are not a problem to access. It also really diminishes consumer confidence in the reliability of the site. Hoping you guys can get this fixed. Start from scratch if you have to. Sometimes finding the "tick" in a huge code is a needle/haystack type of thing.
