The Silver Bullet in my opinion because it's all mechanical. If you want variable voltage, such as the lavatube, you would be better off buying a ProVari. The lavatubes are touchy and junk. I say junk because if I set a PV for 5V, I expect it to stay there and not regulate itself down to a safe voltage.

You only have to worry about the Lavatube regulating itself down if you get the old version. That problem has been fixed. It will now let you burn out as many coils as you like. If you're going to slam a product, it's only fair to make it clear that you're slamming the old version.

Those are all quite different models. If you want a good value for a variable voltage e-cig, the new version 1.5 Lavatube is a good choice. If you want a budget priced fixed voltage e-cig, the kGo is a better choice than the eGo-T. If you want the best fixed voltage e-cig, choose the Silver Bullet.

For someone starting out the kGo is good, affordable and reliable. You will have other things to learn and consider before you need to add the added complexity of choosing a variable voltage e-cig. Whatever you get, it won't be your last e-cig. You can decide later how much you want to spend and which type of device will make a good upgrade. Get the basics under control and then you'll know more about what you like.

You can't go wrong with a kGo as a first e-cig. A kGo kit contains everything you need to get started. If you don't mind learning enough beforehand to intelligently choose individual parts, and if you have the money to spend, you can't do better than a Silver Bullet.

If you have never tried one then I would say start with a cheap disposable 1st lol you don’t need to sink a lot of money in any of these till you know you will like it. This also falls into play that you’ve researched the nicotine levels you may need to satisfy you if you’re trying to quit smoking. I started this way with a vapor 4 life small cigarette clone that I could buy just disposable carts already filled. Then stepped it up as I learned more to the ego . Im currently using the ego twist vv which is nice. And after a lot of research I’m about to buy a silver bullet as a home based mod as this is a little bigger and not so easily taken out and about. Ego's fit in pockets and such and are easy to travel with. Hope this helps some

This is a good strategy, IF you happen to choose a good cheap disposable in the first place and it is available where you are. Too many cheap disposables serve only to convince people that e-cigs are a scam. The O.P. also has the complication of being in Israel. The availability of a good, cheap disposable may be questionable. There are precious few good, cheap disposables available anywhere, and shipping one may not be so cheap.

1) The eGo-T is like a lower powered kGo with a special tank and one piece atomizer, or heating, unit.
The special tank and atomizer are the parts that most people have trouble with and end up taking off and just using some other cartomizer or clearomizer instead. The kGo is a higher powered battery with more capacity. It doesn't include the special atomizer or tank, so you won't have to throw it away later. If you read through the posts here, you will see a lot of good experiences with the kGo.

Many people have a lot of problems with the eGo-T tank system. Some people like them at the beginning, but they usually discover that the eGo T mutes flavors, leaks and causes other problems, so they eventually give up on them and take them off.

2) You can get the kgo at this site, and they ship worldwide. They don't sell junk, so you won't find the eGo-T here.
KGO

3) I would recommend starting out with cartomizers. Do not use "dual coil" cartomizers. They need more power to work properly. For a 3.7V battery, the best resistance is 1.7ohm and 2.0ohm. For a good start, you should have:
1 x box of 5ea. 1.7ohm Smoketech "Ressurector" single coil cartomizers.
1 x box of 5ea. 2.ohm Smoketech or Boge single coil cartomizers.
1 or 2 ea. 2ohm atomizers to test juice before you fill a cartomizer with an unknown flavor.
minimun of 1 or 2 drip tips to use on cartomizer or atomizer, 510 size.
Juice of your choosing.

The kit will include cartomizers or atomizers. Buy extras to fill out the order so that you end up with the above. Cartomizers are disposable, so make sure you end up with at least 10. You can always try clearomizers and tanks and other fancy stuff later on. There is an endless variety. Just stick with cartomizers for now.

4) Yes, absolutely. Joytech has no monopoly on good e-cigs. The best e-cigs in the world are not Joytech.

If you like the Silver Bullet, you might want to look at the smaller, pocket sized, Baby Bullet or "BB" on the same site. I have had one for 2 years and it is built just like the Silver Bullet, only smaller. They are out of stock now, but they may have some soon and they ship internationally. You can email them to find out when they will be available. I have nothing but good things to say about the BB. It is just as indestructible as the larger Silver Bullet and will work flawlessly for years.
