A nice cup of tea and a sitdown

The UK consumes 165 million cups of tea a day, second in the world only to Ireland. But we rank 25th per capita for beer consumption, the Czech Republic being number one. We are however the world's largest consumer of chocolate, which makes sense as what goes better with chocolate than a steaming cup of tea.

Chocolate and beer I usually take a pass on. Tea only in the afternoon and evening.

Opinions on best tea? Maybe it's all about preparing. I once over-microwaved a cuppa and after it cooled was pretty good. Kinda destroyed the microwave too, lol.

I usually fill a big mug with water and teabag and nuke for 1-1/2 min. Allowing 5 minutes or more for good steeping.

It tastes different and isnt any quicker to make.

I might mess around with the parameters a bit more over the next week.
