A nubie question on Steeping your juice

What is Steeping, how do you do it and why?????

well many vendors use alcohol in their juices so you need to take the caps and drip tops off for 2 days --- shaking a few time a day --- then put them back on and let them sit for a week or more shaking a few times a day --- keep in a cool dark place preferably

i find the more complex a juice the more steep time it needs --- complex as in more flavors

the caps off lets the alcohol evaporate and letting them sit with the occasional shake helps the flavors meld
