I absolutely despise the G4 cartomizer, this was just my experience, but I got absolutely no TH, from any juice. I used a mint/chocolate, Boba's Bounty, a Cinnamint flavor, and two others and I got no TH with any of them. The closest thing to a full flavor I got was the Cinnamint, everything else was missing elements of the juice. The vapor was pretty good for all juices, but really, what's the point if there's no TH or diminished flavor?

I agree though, this is a step in the right direction. Hopefully, one day, they'll get it right.

I liked the G4 theme  Nice review Phil.

Thanks. I can see the reviews are going to be very mixed on these things. It worked for me sometimes. I want something that works for me all the time!

As always, a very enjoyable review!

Too enjoyable: You got me to invest a ml of a juice I like:mad:* in one of the G4 cartos I received (for the purpose of writing a review, which I declined to do). These things may vape OK at 5V, but certainly not at 3.2V (e.g., eGo) or 3.7V (e.g., my ProVape-1 with 14500 batt). And I couldn't get it to work at all with a VV mod I've been testing, with my 3.7V KGO, my 18650 NoEgo mod, or my Lea battery.

* Of course, I'm not really mad at you, P, but at the product ... and at myself: "fool me twice, shame on me."

Personally, I wish you would go back to the final, summary thumbs up or thumbs down. IMO (and, it seems, Levitas') these G4s are crap.

Yea... you nailed it.

If you meter these they are all over the place.. I've had them from 3.2 to 4.9 ohm.

I did a Vape TV review of them (they reviewed like garbage), and gave them more time before doing a Youtube review (I have to live with that one so it's not done yet). But generally speaking they are garbage.

The problem is that the resistance on them is all over the place. Above 3.5 ohms they are useless on anything less than 4 volts. Even for a low voltage vaper like me. But due to the inconsistency of their resistance, most will only work above 4 volts. 5 being preferential for about half of them.

So the upshot it if you pull them out of the package, assuming it doesn't leak, you then need a variable voltage mod.

An additional killer is the buildup of condensation in the draw tube that runs through the tank. This really messes with flavor consistency. Juice builds up in the tube, and gets sucked into a cavity in the mouth piece. They designed the mouthpiece to catch excess juice. Which can lead to juice in the mouth after multiple fillings (just like carts and tank cartridges- but with those you can remove the shield plates). On this design you must riinse out the mouthpiece after a few tanks or that juice in the mouthpiece mutes the flavor and cools the vapor just like a water pipe.

So my review on these (yet to be published) ends with these words:

"If I were left on a desert island with g4 cartos, 5 gallons of juice, and 1000 fully charged batteries- I'd be smoking tree bark and using the juice for sunscreen."

Like I said, this is going to be one that people are going to agree and disagree with. I wanted to point all the pros and cons in the video, and I think I did. I mentioned all the things wrong with it. I also had to mention all the things right with it WHEN it worked. As I showed in the video it was very inconsistent, and did not work all the time.

Donny, I agree with you. I need to think more about an overall thumbs up, thumbs down. Bottom line, would I use the product as-is? The answer is no. So overall, it would have received a thumbs down.

You're from New York so the rating system has to include hot dogs. Its the law. -Magnus

Interesting you equate NY with hot dogs. Are you thinking street vendors perhaps? Or maybe Yankee Stadium? I would have thought pizza sliced or corned beef sandwiches. However, don't forget that I'm upstate. We're a burger and garbage plate town. I guess we do have our red and white hots too.

Street vendors, Yankee Stadium, ... Corned beef? Not pastrami? Pizza might get mixed up w/ Chicago. MMmm. Now I'm hungry for meat with a side of meat. -Magnus

I concur with PBusardo's review. I also had issues with the threading on the 510 version I bought. The threads will NOT mesh on my E-Power 14650, and are loose on my 510 batteries. Only 2 of the 5 I have were able to sorta thread onto the E-power. Not sure if this is a G4 issue or E-power issue, but I haven't had this problem with other atty's or cartomizers with the E-power.

Pastrami would work well too.

BUT!!! HOW DARE YOU SIR!! Pizza from NY getting mixed up with pizza from Chicago? You mean that deep dish soggy pile of slop they call pizza? HOW DARE YOU!!

As far as I'm concerned, there is only one pizza and that's Pizza Margherita. And one of the BEST places to try it from is Lombardi's in NYC. If it were my last day on the planet, that's what I'd want to eat!

Chicago Pizza... HA!

Phew... that got me hot. I'm feeling better now.

Oh Gods no... if you actually had pizza in Chicago and somehow mixed it up with the vastly superior NY pizza, then you're a dolt and the gene pool would be better without you. But when people thing ~Pizza~ in most of the country they may mistake you for Chicago unless you had a clear NY sign up and shining.

Bloody sin I think Pbusardo was going to throw down. I better do some pushups. -Magnus
