I've bought an NUCIG-R Havana Cuban Flavor cigar and it came today. I've just opened it and I'm a little uncertain if what I've done with it is what is meant to be done.

You can pull the cartridge off and acutely look at the e-liquid in the small bottle its in, which I was not expecting to be honest since my last one had its cartridge built in so you couldn't remove it without breaking it. However that one was only 300-400 puffs til it was empty. This was says it has around 1400-1800 I think, so maybe that's why.

So my question is, how much of the E-cigars cartridge should be left showing? I've pushed it in fully and theirs no vapor probably because its blocking the air holes but at the moment I've got about an inch showing and I'm getting an alright vape from it so is that how much of the cart should be showing?

Also when its not in use and I've put it away for another time then should I close the cartridge into the battery fully or just pull it out and put it back on when I'm ready to vape some more.

Thanks!

Sorry if that made no sense but if it did then please give me your advice and opinion.

Sorry JDW, really not going to be able to help with this myself as never come across this model before :(

Really wish you had gone for something like the Riva - cigar size but doesn't look the same I know, but a 100 times better -

The Riva 1100 Deluxe Kit £34.95 - Deluxe Vaping Kits - Riva 1100 Kit Electronic Cigarettes | Vaping Devices | Accessories | E-Liquid

The above is rechargeable & will last all day (at least) between recharges. plus you can ask that vendor to supply it with cartomisers instead of atomisers & cartridges. You could then fill the cartomisers with any strength e-liquid you like, including zero nicotine :)

Oh that looks quite good, how long does that one last if your vaping on it for an hour a day? Does filling the carts work just the same as E-cigs? Oh and how can you tell the difference between that and a e-cig, does it use different e-liquids or something or has it got something to do with the battery?

What is a Cartomiser and what is a atomiser is that the same as a cartridge?

Thanks for reply! :)

JDW, that Riva will last all day before needing to be recharged, even if you are vaping on it for several hours a day. You get the equivalent of 2 e-cigs in the kit. It uses exactly the same kind of e-liquid as any other e-cig :)

A cartomiser is the same as what Liberro call call "tips" they are a cartridge with a built in atomiser. The ones for the Riva I gave a link to are so much cheaper though :)

I know there are lots of great threads here helping newbies with explanations of different e-cigs & their parts, but this is a very short abridged help thread -
