Hello group, my name is Sean and you guys have a nice forum here. I have been lurking off and on for a couple months and decided to join the community.
My wife and I started vaping about four months ago at my urging to get off smokes again. Both of us have stopped/quit smoking in the past for extended periods. My wife is the heavy smoker 2 pad is nothing for her. Anyways we went to the local gas station and tried the disposables to see if we were going to be into vaping. We both liked it and so the next day it was off to a local b&m store where we purchased the Kanger evod starter kits and some juice. Like many smokers we stuck with menthol flavor and were trying to mimic cigs as close as possible.
Since then our juice tastes have been a roller coaster ride. Find a juice we love and then when time to reorder it may or may not taste the same. We are finding our way though. We have discovered some interesting brands and flavors through the interwebs and this forum has been very educational as well. The last batch we bought at one of the b&m's was Mothers milk and Sugar Bear by Cuttwood. The Cuttwood was a flop for my wife as she selected the Bear but the cinnamon flavors cause irritations in her mouth and she seems to have a cinnamon allergy. Which sucks for her because she gravitates towards those flavors. Next juice I try is going to be the Oh Face by Beantown. I find the SB MM to be a bit to subtle.
Equipment has been a up and down affair as well. The plan was to run the evods into the ground but four spinner 2's and a couple aerotanks have left the evods in idle. The plan is next week to upgrade again the wife is planning on purchasing the VTR and I am leaning towards the E-lvt with a Nautilus mini., The elvt is not the coolest looking mod, but I do have a active job, so for practicalities I think it will make a fine work mod. Then from there who knows.
The best thing about this venture is that my wife has not had but one cig a couple days after we started vaping. I have had a few more but mostly at work. I know I can go without cigs, but at work the vapor stick is not always convenient so I am hoping the elvt will bring some change in that department.
Anyways thanks for reading my ramblings and I just wanted to say hi and warn you all up front that some noob like questions may come from this direction.
