Dear harmonic,
I'm so sorry to hear for your loss. A few years ago I watched my grandfather go
through the same thing: he was still strong as an ox but they said surgery was risky and chemo was more safe. His vice was more cured meats than cigarettes, though. He lost 120 pounds in a month after he started chemo. Then he was recovering back to his old self; the last time I saw him outside of the hospital we were having breakfast out and laughing together and I was showing him my new car. The doctors said it was a 2 years to live vs. 5 years to live with the chemo and he went back for another session. A week later the man I respected most in my life was gone
It's really wonderful that we have such a convenient and even fun way to grow ourselves out of the destructive habit of smoking with
vaping. It's unfortunate that so many people are lobbying to restrict their use because it doesn't conform to draconian ideals. Trying to help your loved ones make the transition is a noble cause
We all understand if you can't spend the amount of time you usually do on the forums
through this period, but if you want a diversion some of us are always here
