What's your budget?

The only vendor I know of who ships to India would be fasttech.com. (There certainly may be others, I just don't know any). They are also the least expensive source for most things. (They're not the cheapest for the MVP which would be one of my first suggestions, but there's lots of other possibilities).

They have some very inexpensive starter kits - these won't last too long, but if you just want to see if vaping is for you, they might be just what you're looking for.

ETA: As InTheShade said, perhaps it's best not to hijack this thread; if you start a new one that might be better.
