Travel to India

It may be a long shot, but I can't find anything online from this year, so I have to ask.

Has anyone taken vape gear to India recently? I'm being sent to Pune for work at the end of August for almost a month and am nervous. Should I just get a cheap starter kit and leave the mods at home? Or could I pick up a Blu or something for the flight and then get a starter kit once I'm there? I typically carry a provari with a carto and a hexohm with a tugboat everywhere I go, but I don't want to risk losing them so I can rough it for a month if I have to.

I believe one of our moderators can give you some good info there. @Dusty_D travels there regularly and I believe he takes some of his gear with him.

Sorry, for the delayed response. I've been tied up with other projects. I've had no issues with taking my gear to India. I've traveled to Mumbai and Goa in the last few years on a couple different trips and have had Provari in hand, with other gear both in backpack and checked in. Have a safe month in Pune!
