...recent reports suggest that electronic cigarette sales in the U.S. are approaching $200 million on an annual basis.

Wow! But I suspect that estimate is way low. I did a quick calculation, based on an assumption of consumers spending $3 per day on equipment and liquid, and that only works out to about 182,000 customers on an annual basis.

Good articles are few and far between...
Although we are now starting to see more being published

I suggest that we should post "Positive" KUDOS type comments
below this and other positive articles. We will tear up negative articles
and swarm all over them with replies...We should compliment those that
have the guts to post the truth
:)

The Media and General News does seem to be the e-cig "War Room"
However, we do need to compliment those who are on our side...
Those out there telling the truth are "our allies" !!

The public (who reads these articles and the responses)....
Read negative as well as Positive articles

In a recent Orlando Sentinel article titled "Man loses part of tongue when electronic cigarette explodes" it is mentioned that a federal report indicated that there were 2.5 million Americans that used electronic cigarettes last year. So, given your quick estimate on number of users based on annual sales, 182,000 does seem very low indeed. But are there any reliable numbers available as to the actual number of e-cig users and, if so, any reliable information on the portion of that number that no longer use or purchase traditional tobacco cigarettes.
