Sorry if this has been addressed before, but the search doesn't seem to be working so well right now...

This isn't about the usual threads not matching right, so cartos won't screw on all the way issue.

Most Premium cartos will screw all the way down on one of my XL batteries, but it's as if the middle part isn't making contact with the battery or something. If I inhale, the suction activates the battery, but the atomizer doesn't heat up and produce vapor. However, the same cartos work fine on my other XL battery (same type, ordered at the same time, just a different color). (I will also add that older cartos work just fine on the battery that doesn't work with most Premiums.) Any ideas how to fix this?

I've been vaping for over a year and a half, and I never had this problem, that is, until yesterday.
Only one carto in all this time presented this problem.

I knew it wasn't making contact and until I read this thread,
I never even thought that center post was moveable.

Now I won't have to ditch that wonderful peanut butter carto!

Thanks, Bobbysox! :thumb:

I have had problems with some wow cartos mainly wowboy and cowboy, wowbacco with hardly no vapor I tried everything but didn't work....just tried what bobbysox said do and low and behold vapor like it should be.I have been so frustrated lately even thought about smoking again and I am almost at my 1 yr. mark.Only have tried this on a couple of carts that wouldn't work right but has worked like a charm on them.I feel kind of bad now because on a few order's awhile back I got replacements on some wowboy and wowbacco and if I would have known about this fix probably wouldn't have needed them replaced.Anyway thanks a ton bobbysox hopefully now I'll have them killer hits I had come accustomed too!

I bought a lot of older V4L shorties last week and had to do this to get any of them to work. It's a good trick to know!
I knew to do that with batteries at center post but wasn't helping my situation with cartos, never knew you could pull up center post of cart though.Feel kind of stupid but was never mechanically inclined anyway.
