I just directed one of my friends to the FSUSA site. He's only been vaping 2 weeks. Needless to say, he was incredibly overwhelmed with the choices available to him.

With all the new flavors (I think the choices have roughly doubled since I started my FSUSA addiction), it might be time to make some more categories. It's easy enough for us "veterans" who know what we like and discuss them on this forum, but for the uninitiated I can see how they might get overwhelmed and tired of all the "nexting".

We already have a Tobacco section, but maybe add or reorganize the other sections for Fruit Flavors, Sweet Flavors, Breakfast Flavors, Wacky Flavors...you see where I'm going.

I see that FSUSA is now using sub-categories for hardware selections, so maybe this is a possibility.

Just a thought.

upStomp;

As a noob I must agree. After all the hype for the new flavors and how much everyone loves them, I took a look. I just did not like scrolling through pages and pages, got frustrated and quit looking. I know that designing and maintaining websites is difficult. Have a few computer geek friends, not an easy task. While the site is lovely, I just could not get through the pages. I will try their juice one day, just not scrolling through thousands of choices, switching pages, not seeing reviews, it was overwhelming. Guess I'll stick with DIY juice right now.

No offense to FSUSA, I have never ordered. Not just their site, many other sites too.

Not a bad suggestion by any means.

upstomp, nobody would "hit" you for making a suggestion! You have a very good point and I'm sure the good folks at FSUSA will look into it. I've been a FSUSA junkie for months now, but I can see where it could be overwhelming to a newbie! Thanks for posting this suggestion.

I was more-or-less kidding about that ;). I'm pretty sure the only one who'd try is TT, and that's only because he's got a cow watching his back.

Oh upStomp, I wouldn't *hit* you for making a suggestion. I think that as busy as the FSUSA gang is with all the orders from the new flavors, the pains of getting the new Vape Lounge up and running and everything else ... like keeping these women and Ab under control on this Forum ... I'll bet FSUSA has their hands pretty full right now.

But you can be sure David, Pammy and MistressNomad are taking note of these comments and suggestions and I'll bet something happens to improve the Web Site.

Then maybe they can help us with Ab.

David, one thing that I have learned in all my years of being a developer is, people want easy. You offer a great selection of flavors but, there could be better navigation in the site. We love FSUSA -- which is why we practically live in your section of ECF -- and would love to be able to contribute. We love that you listen and interact with the community.

My latest project at work is writing a POS for pharmacies. I have had customers call the President of the company threatening to "throw their POS out the window" because they don't understand how to use it. It has more features than many of the other POS systems for pharmacies and I hate when someone talks like that but, I have spend the last 6 months redesigning the interface to make it more "user friendly". No, I am not going to be able to make everyone happy but, I will get the masses.

I think this is good feedback. As there is always room for improvement, this is a great opportunity to get suggestions on how to re-categorize your flavors. You have added many great, new flavors. I think there must be a way to showcase them better. Also, you have tobacco flavors but, placing them in a "strong", "sweet" and "mixed" category may help many people narrow in on what they prefer. The same could be done with the specialties. "chocolate", "coffee", "fruit", "meat" and/or "unusual" -- HA! -- categories may also enhance navigation.

Again, we love FSUSA and are just trying to give suggestions that we thing may help. I know that I often go back to the site and find flavors that I have looked over many times before. This is why I am also trying to help.

I agree that the FSUSA site is overwhelming ... I have spent a lot of time going from page to page to page, just to give up due to the time it takes to figure out what I might be interested in ...my thought was something like ...."I'll just wait till I come across some on the classifieds or PIF " .... sorry ...just being honest here ...

this has probably be discussed before ........ but ....
I have thought several times that if you just offered some kind of sampler pack of some of your most popular juices ...
I would have gone for it just to try your juices & company in general ....

a sampler of say one of each of your most popular flavor, from each type of flavor,

ie: 1 tobacco, 1 menthol, 1 cinnamon, 1 dessert, 1 fruit

I think this would be a great help to new vapors & to those that are just new to your company .

Add a category "New Additions" and add your new flavors to that category...for say a month then remove it. I can see why the site would be hard for a newbie to look through...as for me, I live on my computer so I'm always hunting through it reading the reviews. Reviews would be better placed on the ordering page so that people can see it without having to go to another page. I read reviews all the time but I also know that taste is subjective but the higher the review, gets a buy from me. Just my 2 cents so please don't take offense...the site won't stop me no matter what as you're my favorite vendor.
