This is a system I have used for a few years regarding shopping online.

I am posting it in hopes that it may help a few of you keep your suppliers organized.

I am sure like me many of you have a whole folder of bookmarks for e-cig supplies. I sure do have a bunch, and its hard to keep them straight as far as who is good for what and who just sucks.

Here is what I do:
Keep all suppliers organized in one bookmark folder.
Rename all bookmarks to as short as possible while retaining the ability to recognize.
Optional .. after name put in one or two keywords for what they are known for ie. juice
After the keywords (or name) put the two letter abbreviation for what state they are in.

Thats it so far if I have never ordered from them.

If I have received orders from them I go back into bookmarks and edit a bit more.
I add three more numbers like a date formula (99/99/99)
First number is 1 - 10 rating of their pricing IMO.
Second number is 1 - 10 rating for their customer service IMO.
Third number is the number of days from order to products reaching my door.

Example excerpt from my bookmarks:

Liquid Nicotine SC 10/10/02 ... South Caroline, 10 for price, 10 for service, 2 days to my door.
LiquidXpress CA 09/10/02 ... California, 9 for price, 10 for service, 2 days to my door.

You get the picture I think.
Yes I am pretty OCD :)

Hope this may help some, if not just disregard my craziness !!

This is my system, main e-cig bookmark folder contains places I've ordered from and been fairly happy with, some I may add a comment on 'free ship over $30' or 'slow to ship' Then I have a subfolder with places I want to try to order from or have read good things about I have them prioritized say I heard a certain juice is real good and want to order that next I move the place to the top and add a note about the flavor. For places I've heard bad things about I have them bookmarked in another subfolder, I use firefox with NoScript so before I ok a site I make sure its not one in my 'bad vendor' folder.
