I placed an order last night and, for whatever reason (user error I suppose), I didn't get registered on the site during the process. After not receiving an order confirmation, I called the CS number and the super-friendly guy on the other end got my points linked to my account and confirmed what I had ordered/order total. A+ on the customer service right off the bat.
Then...
I just got a callback from Ethan. Seems the DC 1.5 cartos I ordered are currently out of stock so they are sending me 2.0s (15 of them!) and will send the 1.5s (again, 15 of them!) when they are back in stock.
I've ordered supplies from several great vendors, but I am BLOWN AWAY by AltSmoke's above-and-beyond customer service. Prices were great, got free priority shipping as well.
