I placed an order last night and, for whatever reason (user error I suppose), I didn't get registered on the site during the process. After not receiving an order confirmation, I called the CS number and the super-friendly guy on the other end got my points linked to my account and confirmed what I had ordered/order total. A+ on the customer service right off the bat.

Then...

I just got a callback from Ethan. Seems the DC 1.5 cartos I ordered are currently out of stock so they are sending me 2.0s (15 of them!) and will send the 1.5s (again, 15 of them!) when they are back in stock.:ohmy:

I've ordered supplies from several great vendors, but I am BLOWN AWAY by AltSmoke's above-and-beyond customer service. Prices were great, got free priority shipping as well. :thumbs:

AltSmoke, you've earned the #1 spot on my Suppliers bookmarked sites. :D

UPDATE: Received my order yesterday (02/21) with a holiday amidst the shipping process. EXCELLENT shipping/order processing time!!

Got the 2.0 cartos (as previously mentioned) + 5 DC tanks--everything was well packaged in ziplocs/bubblewrap.

Best of all, I requested NO INVOICE in the package and they paid attention: no invoice! :D

I *WILL* be back for more.
