A USB to 510 Mobile Battery Bank Mod-Potential 18600 mAh Mod- WHAT?

Went over to VaporJoes. He has a friend who's taken some 18650s put them in a mobile battery bank and attached a connector (Limited Variable Voltage, in steps, I assume) and is purportedly rockin this insane long life mod.

........'s and associate are talking 10000 mAh, but there are battery banks out there now that will accomodate 6 18650s that I found here:

Which, in theory at least, would provide 18.6 AMPS (18600mAh) with a half a dozen Panasonic 3100 mAh 18650s.


Yes, the 3400 mAh are also out there but a bit wider, so not sure about the fit.


I am still most intrigued about the little USB to 510 connector.

did you ever find out any more about the USB to 510 connector? The china-sells is the only one I can find as well. Did you every try it out with a battery bank. I got this coming in the mail at some point JIB LH20000 "20000mAh" Portable External Backup Battery Power Bank with LED Illumination Someone in another thread said they may not work if it's 1amp per each usb outlet and then if it did work I'd be stuck with 5v which might be too high for some of my ego attomizers/clearomizers.
