Fair warning: this here be a wall o'text. Bear with me!
So, firstly, I'm still very fresh to the vaping scene. I bought a Magma from Volcano about two and a half weeks ago on behest of a friend of mine, who's been using an electronic cigarette to replace her habit of smoking socially. I've been placing orders left and right for juice in the mean time, trying to get a feel for what's out there.
My first experiences were pretty damned ho-hum; I had the stock cartridges from Volcano, which leaked left and right and had little to no flavor. I suppose that can and should be expected, having a tongue that's completely fried out after chain smoking for almost 11 years. However, I was hoping there would be -some- sort of flavor to encourage use. I ended up sneaking in three cigarettes that first week. My second order was from eliquidplanet - ordered way too much nicotine with THOSE juices. If there was any flavor in them, the nicotine overpowered them. To be fair, that was my fault. Practice makes pukey, I guess.
My third order was from VaporBomb, at the beginning of this week. In all honesty, I can't even remember how I stumbled upon you guys. I believe it was on the Volcano forums, but I didn't think to order anything from you guys until I found ECF, and consequently discovered you were local. I'm BIG on local, and since I was extremely low on eJuice at the time, I was crossing my fingers for local pick-up.
Unfortunately, the option wasn't there. I figured, at the very least, I'd mention I was interested in a local pick-up in the special shipping/delivery notes. Made the order and crossed my little fingers. The very next day, VaporBomb attempted to contact me twice. I was in bed when they called me, and they sent me an email not long afterwards. I called, they told me that, yes, I could come pick up the juice, and that they would throw in an extra bottle to make up for the shipping cost I was charged.
So I took the 25 minute or so drive up to Akron, and ended up getting -two- freebie bottles of it. One of them, the green apple, they mixed up for me on the spot, after popping a squat and talking about how fresh I was to the whole vaping experience. I was talking how everything I've tried so far tasted like complete .... (if I was lucky). The green apple they made for me, freshly mixed, actually had a TASTE to it. Abso-friggin-lutely glorious. I was under the impression that I was going to be the odd one out, and would have to plow through one tasteless bottle of juice after another. The awesome folks at VaporBomb proved me wrong on all accounts.
I'm also happy to say that all five bottles I got out of this taste amazing. I was vaping away at my Caramel Apple all day at a friend's house today, and she jokingly stated that she wanted to pay me to follow her around puffing away on my PV because it smelled so great.
Long story short: you guys are effin' awesome. The customer service was FAST, and they went above and beyond to win me over as a regular customer. I feel lucky to have these guys so close home. Much love to Harry and Co.
