It's gonna be a long hard battle with GOV for this if any one willing be bring it up to them
They're so ban hell on not allowing e-cig

Anything E will take a while
Take e bike -3 years to come out with a plan to earn $ for them (Fines on - mod - Non pedal assist - Non register)
E scooter is also on pending list now after a long hard fight of a good 2.5 years to even present it up for them to consider

Adding on to that every now & then black sheep tends to smash it all out of proportion
Doing things which they should not
Where now you can't even drink in public after 10/11pm ?
