So i ordered a 510 starter kit from A-Z Smoke free, it got here a lot faster than i expected -just in time for vacation. I thought i was going to have to wait till i got back, five days in a no smoking house! But this is not what i am here to report.
Luck of the draw, i got a battery that suddenly stopped functioning about eight days in. (early afternoon today) So i went back to their site and used the contact us page to send a message asking what i needed to do to exchange it since they guarantee for fourteen days. Maybe an hour later i checked my email and was shocked, not only to see a personal reply - but that they already have a replacement battery going out in today's mail for me. I've seriously had waitresses take longer to come take my drink order. For this they'll get my return business, and if you need replacement parts quickly; i indeed recommend A-Z Smoke Free.
