? about classified and swaps

i have seen on several of the posts on the classified/swaps forum that requesting payment type, they often put something like "paypal only with no mention of ecigs"

why no mention of ecigs in the title/message or anywhere in the paypal xaction?

Because paypal has been known to block transactions involving vaping supplies.
