I am vaping lovers, many friends disscussed enook batteries before, so I bought some to test it.
In general, Enook 18650 3100mAh 40A battery is as good as MXJO 18650 3000mAh battery when put in IPV4, but when use it in mechanical mod, Enook batteries are better than MXJO batteries, enook batteries don't fever so much when use the same coil.
it almost lasts the same time of those two batteries, and enook 18650 3600mAh 35A battery can use it longer time than enook 18650 3100mAh 40A battery when put in IPV4.

As mah increases CDR decreases, there are no exceptions in IMR/hybrid chemistry batteries.

There are no 18650 batteries with more than 3000mah+ rated higher than 10a CDR, the 3600mah 18650 would be less than 10a CDR.
There are no 3000mah 18650 batteries with more than a 20a CDR.
There is no such thing as any 18650 battery with more than a 30a CDR.

@Mooch along with several others use actual battery testing equipment and accepted methods of testing.
Some use calibrated & certified equipment and industry standard testing methods.
A few use even more strict & accurate methods for sensitive applications in stuff that absolutely positively can not have an oops factor.
None use anecdotal feelings or the word of those selling them.

Your examples are erroneously labeled using marketing hype as amp ratings.

I'll add my voice into what @Topwater Elvis stated above.

I have heard mention of Enook here recently, do not know if they are US or China based, if China based they are probably following Efest's business practice. Not to say they are following MXJO, Eizfan, Imren, or even Sub-Ohm Cell business models. To my knowledge, batteries available here in the US and most of the world are produced by what I term the Big 4, Panasonic/Orbtronics/AW, Sony, Samsung, and LG. Most companies like Efest and such buy up the B and C quality discards from these Big 4 manufacturers, read the spec sheets of the A Bin authentics cells, slap the Pulse Discharge Rating on the label as the Continuous Discharge Rating, and double the price, PDR is a dangerous rating to base things off of, you do not know if that PDR is 500milliseconds or 10seconds, where the CDR rating is the current a battery can hold and maintain the entire charge without much incident.

So quit chasing the marketing hype of a battery thinking you are getting better than the 2 top dogs in CDR, those 2 batteries are the Sony US18650VTC3 (VTC3) 1600mah True 30amp CDR and the LG HB6 1500mah True 30amp CDR (notice the mAh rating on these true 30amps, the mAh is low, can't have power density (mAh) and high power current (CDR) in the same cell, the technology is just not there).

Your safest bet is to stay with the Authentic A Bin Big 4 Manufacturers, though Panasonic is mostly low end they do produce some decent 20 to 25amp Cells that are re-wraps (Orbtronics and AW IMR), best batteries for vaping on the market are made by LG, Samsung, and Sony.

Link in my signature has a break down of all the name brand cells we use by application, it is worth a read for safety reasons, and it links to both @Baditude and @Mooch 's blogs.

Stay safe out there, and an early Happy New Year.
