About to order my first PV

Hello & welcome....as you already know - you've come to a great place w/wonderful people that are always there to help. As you also know - your going to get a zillion opinions on what is 'the best'. Whatever you chose, there will be another one waiting in the wings.

Don't feel you overpaid for your wife's setup; you can't put a high enough price on health, therefore you didn't overpay - you made a great investment. Best of luck to the both of you & hope to see you here often.

I agree with moishesmom and couldn't have said it better. Health is most important, lungs are more expensive than vaping; although some ECF members may have already spent way more than a lung would cost.

Just ordered the KGO Vision Cartomizer Kit with the 1100mAh batteries as was recommended. Looks like a nice kit.

Does anyone know if it comes with the V2 Vision carto with the long wicks or is it the original ones? I should have emailed them and asked but I figured it didn't matter so much.

The photo on there shows them with the longer wicks and the V2 I believe describes it as the 2nd version. So you should have the right ones. I'm sorta interested in those.

Sailorman maybe you can help with this. Why on that site does it say to use the 2.5-2.9 ohm version with the kGo is the kGo putting out more voltage than say an eGo?

Joye eGo is regulated 3.4 volts and kGo is unregulated (4.2 at full charge, down to about 3.6).

They sell the V2 Vision cartos separate but from the stock photos of the kit it kinda looks like the older version. Also in the description it does not specify V2 so I'm going to have to guess its the older style in the kit till I receive it...

They rate the KGo batteries at 4.2 volts unloaded and 3.7 with a load. So from what I have read that is a little higher.

The kit I received contained V1 Vision Ego Cartomizer with the short wick.

The Visions are fairly decent for the KGO...only thing I hated about V1 was having to constantly tip my PV down to wet the wicks. If you order them again, go with the V2..longer wicks.

I saw the V2s on the site when I made my order but was not sure which version was coming with the kit. So I though I would post the conclusion of the mystery.

I'm still undecided on which direction I will go. I am leaning toward a carto tank once the V1 Visions fail. Also got some XL Boge Cartomizers 2.0 ohm with the order so till I find the juice I like I'm sticking with them.
