About to place an order???

Hi, I have been lurking a few weeks now, and am about to place an order for 2 egos for me and my husband. I can't wait to try them. You all are great, so much info.. I'm on the patch right now, but I wear them indefiniatly. I am also sick of the black squares I have all over my body. I also smoke analogs on some Saturdays. My husband's looking forward to trying them too. He smokes analogs.

http://puresmoker.com has EGOs for a good price (54.95 w/ shipping), but I'm confused. The starter kit comes with juice, but no blank or prefilled ones. Am I reading that right, is it possible to get a starter kit that you can't start with?????? I am looking on freedomsmoke USA and I'm not sure if the blank ones that they sell will go with the EGO's that I'm planning on ordering. Does anyone know what kind of cartridges can be bought?

Puresmoker sends a bottle of TONIC juice with theirs and there's an empty cart on each eGo so you *can* start with it. Just no prefilled's.

510 blank carts are used with the standard eGo kit. If FSUSA or Puresmoker sells blank carts (510's), those are the correct ones for that unit. Also, if you order from FSUSA, be sure to use the coupon code freedomsmokeusa for an additional 10% off.

Very good choice for you and your husband, you'll both be very pleased with your eGos, I'm sure! Since you are splitting the kit between the 2 of you, you may need to get a couple extra batteries as you'll be using BOTH and not have spares to charge.

I may have misunderstood you... are you buying 2 complete eGo *kits* (1 for each of you) or do you intend to split 1 kit (2 eGos in it)? If you're buying 2 KITS, you shouldn't need extra batteries right off the bat since you'll each have 2... though it is a good idea to have at least 1 spare battery so if 1 dies, you still have 2 you can rotate while another one comes in.

Avid-Thanks, I should have known it would have come with a cartridge. Not sure if I'm buying 2 kits or not. I'll calculate it and see. If I get 1, I'll buy extra batteries along with the kit. I've read the horror stories about dead and broken batteries.

Just a thought... if you're buying 2 additional batteries which would cost around $40, it might be worthwhile to just get a second kit... for the extra $14 or $15, you would have the 2 extra batteries, 2 extra atty's (can't have enough of those!), an extra charger (because you just never know...) and another bottle of juice (which will run out quickly if both of you are using it). Figure the cost of these separately and see what might be better for your budget

I agree with Avid. The cost difference wouldn't be too great. I would just go with 2 kits for the same reasons. I ordered mine from FreedomSmokeUSA along with some extra blank carts and some liquid. Make sure you get some liquid. The prefilled ones taste terrible, I still keep one in my kit just in case though lol.

I agree as well, if both of you are doing it, 2 sets would keep you comfortable so you won't run a batt low and not have a spare to rotate out. I just got my egos from cignot.com and love them....I use juice and fill my own carts as I like to be able to blend and use different juices, you'll get use to it after playing and learning with them and then you'll find that one supplier, or the 3 or 4...LOL...be sure to order with your egos so you will have enough and won't have to wait....especially when there is two of you starting them! Congrats and you will both enjoy them!
