About to purchase! I just have a few questions about my lineup!

So I've finally decided on my order. I want to get:

One Joye510 starter kit from Cignot:
Included in this kit is 2 complete Joye 510 cigarettes (2 atomizers and 2 batteries), 5 prefilled carts, 1 AC charger, 1 PCC in the color of your choosing and your choice of 2 accessories. Cartridges may be round or whistletip. If you have a preference, please specify in the comments.
Does anyone have any recommendations for what I should get as my 'accessories'

Empty Carts
How long will a cartridge last? Do these come with the poly in them? I'm wanting to utilize the ADP mod. Also, would I use an empty cart if I was wanting to drip?

I'm wanting my first order to all come from the same place. Is the liquid from cignot (the new BASIC liquid for example) much worse than getting liquid from a site that has a large selection of liquids?

Also, please any recommendations on top of this!

Cignot was a great choice for me. I would just suggest that you get a bunch of flavors and see which ones you like before buying a big batch of any one flavor. Taste is really different than what you think it will be, not bad just different. I loved their ry4 vg and will have to order more soon. the eco pure fresh well not so much. I used to smoke menthol and haven't found one yet that I really like.

Just so's you know, the prefilled carts come with pretty high nic. I got dizzy vaping them, so I finally rinsed them out and used the extra nic I ordered from them cut with glycerine I got from Wally World.

I see you ordered extra atty's which is a good thing. I fried mine the first time I got some new flavored liquid that tasted perfumey and thought it was a filler problem and ended up tweezering out the wicking material under the atty bridge - a NO NO! I can still use the atty's but I can only drip on them now until new ones arrive.

I thought I didn't like Cignot's Ecopure liquid, but after a few days I ended up liking it better than the Marlboro liquid. I just got some Tasty Vapor liquid in the mail today and I am extremely impressed!!!

I do like the whistletips, too, instead of the round mouthpieces. Since the 510 is a larger diameter than a regular cigarette, the whistletip actually makes it more the size of one you would be used too.

Anyhoot, that's just my newbie advice to another, and welcome!!!

Sounds like what I ordered from Happy Vaper. The Kit and Kaboodle. With coupon for about 130 bucks Canadian I am getting:
2 x 510 Atomizers
2 x 510 Manual Batteries
1 x Charger wall connector
5 x Free Cartridges (your choice of flavour)
1 x Instruction Manual
1 x Personal Charging Case (PCC)
1 x PCC USB cable
1 x PCC Wall Plug
1 x USB Passthrough

Only problem is no nic in the juice (Happy Vaper are playing by health canada rules, and not including nicotine until it's okay). Fine by me, I'll have some menthol to top up with my nic juice and no customs issues, meaning less wait time.

I drip on my rn4081 with no cart at all, much better vapour and I may remove the mesh and/or bridge once I get my 510, some people say it takes away that occasional burnt flavour I seem to get from some poly that's stuck in there. I'm stlll experimenting with the liquid, can't help you there, should get my do-more-eh from vapables soon too. I loved their VG flavourless 36mg which I mix with more VG and some tobacco flavour18mg from Totally Wicked. A good mix, but a little sweet. The do-more-eh from vapables is supposed to taste good and sells out right away. And they are Canadian so no customs issues for me either.

If you go out a lot get the PCC - if you're in a lot get the PT (and soon get a USB/AC adapter plug to save worrying about trashing your PC using one)
Get some spare attys. You will need them. Some juices are strong and will linger in your atty - if you only have to you're going to be limited in what you can vape because you'll only have ONE that doesn't taste of something. If god forbid, you manage to trash an atty completely (or its faulty, it does happen) the you're down to one which tastes of something already.
A spare or 2 is very useful.
The new BASIC liquid has had some good write ups, I have some on order myself, and theres nothing wrong with getting jucie from the same place as you get your hardware.
However, its NICE to sample what other vendors have as well. There's a lot of variety out there! If you were getting the standard stuff (the prefilled carts or the general liquid they sell) from Cignot, which ok but some of it isn't my fave (I like their marlboro oddly enough and EcoPure is sposed to be great), I;d say definitely order juices elsewhere too, but as its the new BASIC you might be ok there

Carts can be re-used, ditto the filler, jsut wash n dry in water though you might find you want to trim the side of the filler, it can be a bit springy
I don't know if their 'empty carts' contain filler or not but you can re-use the stuff from teh pre-filled carts if you have any. Otherwise blue foam mod is supposed to be good (fish tank filter foam, yes, really, which you cut to size - its on the mod forums of you want to look)

The PCC is nice, I had to order mine separate. The 24-26mg juice they offer you will probably be fine if you were a heavy smoker like I was. It is easier to cut it down than to boost it up. As for the atty's, extras are nice. You get two with the 510 starters so I gambled and used the extra $$ to buy juice, figuring a few days to try it and leave enough to use for lead time if I didn't like the juice to order something else. I am still using the two attys from the starter for over a month now and both are still going strong, clean and reading 2.2ohms. I was more fearful of running out of juice. I have found the blue foam to be the best filler for the carts, and the five carts that came with the kit (that I immediately emptied out) are going to last a while.
