Ok, let me preface this by saying that I've been in the customer service business for the last 20 years, so the usual "we will make it right" doesn't really impress me. Also, I don't usually "rave" about what suppliers do, unless they really deserve it.
Enter Taras. First of all, I was not even complaining about any of his products, I had a problem with something that was not even his fault. I just figured that he had to know that a certain product that was channeled through him by another supplier was not so great.
I made it very clear that it was not a complaint, but rather an FYI.
What does Taras do? Well, let me just say that his customer service and dedication impressed me! It was really Above and beyond...REDEFINED!This is the kind of commitment that made the biggest brands prosper, so I will not be surprised when more and more people hear about Taras' customer service and start using Taras as their preferred supplier. Word of mouth is powerful!
