I cannot say enough wonderful things about Taras and his wife from Electronic Ash. I ordered from them last week and got my order very quickly. Super fast replies and shipping. A pleasure to deal with.

Was also impressed with the packaging used for shipping. The pastic bags would contain anything that happened to bust during shipment.

My first e-cig kit, I'm a total noob. I screwed up an order made at 2am. It was fixed and my order was shipped THAT MORNING! I received my order the day after. Super-fast shipping, amazing service, incredible pricing, and a pleasure to do business with.

Refund policy is the best, I wasn't happy with the unit, personal preference, they refunded me everything I spent out-of-pocket, and the cost to ship back to them. I look forward to doing future business with them.
