i got 1 atty that works great good throat , good vapor. so i am just about useing that 1 atty all the time. i have 7 other atty's all new or just a little use. they did not perform as good as old faithfull so i just leave them in my junk box. is there a break in period to the 901 atty's?? should i just vape the crap outta them and see if they will come up?
i just put 3 of them in an absolut bath , gonna let them soak over nite then a day of drying and blowing , maybe i can get them to go.

just got some 36mg from 2 different suppliers , both menthol, 1 provides good throat & vapor, the other no throat decent vapor. i looked at the liquids the good throat is a much lighter color than the no throat. i guess no throat vapor gets no more of my orders.

waste not, whats that triple shot of absolut gonna taste like after 12 hours of atty soaking. lol i will let you know

I've noticed a similar thing with the 801 penstyle. I posted somewhere else how I originally got a silver bat/silver atty, along with a cart order. Then I ordered a white bat/white atty, along with a stockpile of blank carts from a different supplier as a back-up (and to see if I could avoid some of the funny looks I'm getting while vaping in the car). The carts from the two different pens don't interchange correctly. The new carts are more rubbery - not such hard plastic, and a little different design, which is OK; but the new carts don't snap into the old/silver atty. I've taken to wrapping a little tape around the cart before I put it into the atty. Then it gets sticky throughout the day, and the tape falls off, which is all a pain in the rear. Isn't a pen, is a pen, is a pen (apparently not)?

Also, will someone please let me know if I should have started a new thread somewhere else about this, rather than putting it into motorcity57's thread (being about my 801, instead of his 901)? Thanks.

Can you say which suppliers those are? If not, can you share it privately? I'm a menthol smoker too, but have only ordered a generic "Menthol" flavor from one supplier so far. I've ordered Arctic Mint, and Mint Chocolate Madness from JC, and liked both of those, but they're not anything like the flavor of my old Kool cigs ... more menthol than I like day-to-day.

Have you seen or tried the tip of adding '555' to different flavors? I can't remember which thread it was where I saw that tip, but if you want to try and salvage some juice that needs a little more umpff (sp?), or that you don't care for the flavor of - try adding some 36mg 555. The poster said that a little 555 added to just about any flavor will mellow it out, or give it a little more full flavor, depending on what you're starting with. You can also use it to add to the nic level, if it's stronger than what you started with. I tried it with a couple of flavors that I wasn't wild about - like cherry - and found that it cut down on the sickening sweetness (to my taste buds) of it. I'm sure you've seen that there are also stronger non-flavored juices on the market now too, if that's what you're looking for. At least one supplier is making a ... I think it was 48mg.
