I'm sure it happens to everyone eventually. You accidentally mix two flavors and get a winner. A few weeks ago I got a big time loser.... Cafe mocha &Kamel=ungood.
Well, tonight I actually found one that was awesome! I was dripping some new flavors on one pv and had my current all day vape, bwb's cappucino, on my other pv. I was trying some andes mint and was feeling pretty meh about it...i took a nice hit of my cappucino to clear my pallette, then BAM! That was intensely good! I tried again to make sure, taking a hit of each- just as fantastic as the first time. I put both pv's up to my mouth and hit them together...still great. I'm not too sure I want to mix the liquids, but I may have to double drip and check it out.

Inevitably, I felt the urge to post my discovery and see what other seemingly disconnected flavors worked well for any of you.

Bring it !:2cool:

I had a cartomizer that had Johnson Creek Island juice in it. Island is supposed to be Pina Colada but it tastes more like just straight Pineapple. Not too fond of it by itself but I was vaping it for a week or so while waiting for another order from JC. When my order arrived I put some JC Original Tennessee Cured in the same cartomizer as the Island. Now it actually tastes like Pina Colada with a hint of vanilla. Really good.

For the last 3 weeks I've been filling cartomizers with a 1:2 ratio of Island/Tennessee Cured. It has become my daily vape.

Another good mixture is 1:1 of JC Original Tennessee Cured and the Red Oak version of Tennessee Cured. I do this because the original has PG, Red Oak by itself tastes better but it is VG and has a nonexistent throat hit. Together I get a decent throat hit and the taste is really complex. You get chocolate, mocha, molasses, vanilla, earthiness, tree bark... that kind of thing.

I started out with peppermint.... really liked it.... then got some espresso.... that became my favorite.... then neither one really tasted very good... by that time I had bought bigger bottles of each (and a lot of others)... so I mixed the peppermint and espresso together 1:1 and had a new favorite.... for a little while.

My taste buds have changed up so many times in the last 3 months that I can't tell from one day to the next what I will like... guess that is why I have bought so many different flavors.

Now I keep some extra VG and PG, cotton candy, vanilla and sweetener on hand to 'fix' things when my taste buds go on the blink.....

So far the peppermint espresso has been the best mix I have stumbled across. Sometimes when I mix something up I'm not sure if it is the mixture or if it is me..... :(
